Why Blog?

There seems to me to be a lot of reasons why people blog or comment on someone else's blog. I've noticed some people are looking for other people to communicate with, to build relationships with. Others are looking to grow personally in an intellectual way. Still others are looking to influence others in a certain way. Maybe they are looking for someone to listen to them or understand them. All of these reasons are valid reasons. I will be using this blog to better understand myself.
